Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Angel’s Designs Plus. Because we offer both digital products and physical products, our return and refund policies vary by product type.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all digital product sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a digital product or template has been delivered or accessed.

If you experience a problem accessing your digital purchase, receive an incorrect link or file, or experience another issue with your order, please contact us so we can assist you.

Digital purchases are for personal use unless otherwise stated. Digital files, templates, and access links may not be resold, shared, redistributed, or transferred.

PHYSICAL & PRINT-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTS

Because many of our physical products are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, colors, or changes of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

If an error was made with your order, we will work with you to determine the appropriate replacement or resolution.

CANCELLATIONS

Digital orders cannot be canceled once access has been delivered. Physical orders may only be canceled if production has not yet begun. Once an order has entered production, cancellation may no longer be possible.
